Ana is passionate about the experiences of the Latine population navigating the perinatal period & life after loss or trauma. She offers bilingual therapy in both English & Spanish. Ana holds extensive experience in family preservation & with clients experiencing complex trauma, depression, & anxiety. She utilizes a warm, honest, & client-centered approach. Additionally, Ana comes from a culturally diverse background, which enables her to be open-minded to any culturally specific pressures her clients may face. In the therapy room, her goal is to help you achieve your personal goals by navigating life’s challenges & overcoming its obstacles. She believes there is no "one-size-fits-all" treatment for what you are going through, & customizes her approach to the needs of her clients.

She is trained in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International & for postpartum assessment & treatment through The Postpartum Stress Center & Karen Kleiman.

You deserve care that sees the whole picture, not just the surface. We know that factors like race, gender identity, sexuality, socioeconomic status, & disability can shape reproductive experiences in powerful ways. Here you’ll find therapists who recognize those realities & are committed to creating a space where your story is honored without judgment.

At Holding New Therapy, we know reproductive journeys aren’t always what you imagined. Alongside the joy, there can be loss, exhaustion, anxiety, or a sense that everything about your world has shifted overnight.
