This group is open to parents and caregivers of young children who spend most of their time at home. Through shared conversation, evidence-based coping strategies, & a supportive community, you'll gain tools to manage stress, reduce isolation, & care for yourself while caring for your family. Childcare is provided so you can fully participate.

Us After Baby - Group Format

The workshop every couple wishes they'd taken before baby arrived.

This program follows a structured curriculum designed to get you both on the same page before your little one arrives, backed by years of perinatal mental health experience & advanced training in couples work. (Holding New Therapy is LGBTQIA+ affirming, & we warmly welcome all couples, including queer, polyamorous, & non-monogamous families.)

This is the group format of this program. We do offer a version covered by insurance that involves 5 couples therapy sessions with your own therapist.

The Rundown on Perinatal Mental Health (What It Is & How to Plan)

A 2-hr crash course on symptoms to watch out for after baby comes, coping strategies that are most helpful with a newborn, & how to create a postpartum support plan that is actually worth your time.



This program is a mix of educational information and customizable, reflective questions. You will receive a 15-page personalized postpartum support plan within a week of completing this!
