Lauren is a therapist who works with people navigating eating disorders, burnout, and the messy, meaningful realities of parenting and reproductive experiences. Her therapy style is grounded in warmth, honesty, and respect for how complex this season of life can be, because no two stories, bodies, or paths into parenthood look the same.
Lauren has a strong interest in reproductive mental health due to her own experiences and have completed training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She supports clients through pregnancy, postpartum, loss, fertility challenges, and the identity shifts that can come with all of it. Lauren’s approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each person. Grounded in warmth, honesty, and respect for how complex this season of life can be, because no two stories, bodies, or paths into parenthood look the same.
"I’m easygoing, nonjudgmental, and focused on meeting you exactly where you are, no pressure to be anything other than honest. Therapy with me feels collaborative and tailored to you; there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I’ll bring warmth, curiosity, and yes, some well-timed humor (plus very real facial expressions), because sometimes that’s what makes hard things feel a little more manageable. You can expect a space where you’re supported and challenged when it matters."
What do you do for fun?
"I love to be outside...sitting, moving, playing with my partner and 2 kids, and just catching up with loved ones. Visiting coffee shops, trying to nap, *trying* to explore interests, reading, and eating yummy food."
